Can I change my items?

If you want to change your articles, you have 2 options:

1. In our physical stores you can change them:

  • FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOR, with no need for additional payment and provided they are in perfect condition and we have stock in store.
  • FOR ANOTHER DIFFERENT ITEM, you will be given a bonus that you can use in a new purchase at the store.

2. From your home, if you request a change of article by message, we will collect the free order at your home and the new product will also be sent to you free of charge.

What is the deadline to make the change?

The change period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
