How do I make a return?

What is the deadline for a return?
The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Do I have to pay something for my return?
No, the returns are always free. Except for articles over 25 kg.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase. You can also request that a payment be sent to you with the amount paid. Keep in mind that the return may take several days to appear in your account because it becomes dependent on your bank.
