Where can I get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, collection point ...) or one of our physical stores spread throughout Andalusia.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
Yes, our free shipping facilitates the shipment to any country of the European Union even if the order is made from a different one to the reception.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected.
• Pick up in store: In 24-48 hours.
• Standard Shipping: In 24-48 working hours in Spain
• Standard Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: In 3 - 4 business days
• Baleares Standard: In 2 - 3 business days
• Shipping Europe: In 24-72 working hours (Subject to availability or type of product)
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Our shipments are FREE.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, through "your account", you should enter in Orders and you can see the status of your order.
In case you have placed the order as a guest, you can check the status of the order from the confirmation email.
What is the process of home delivery?
When we validate your order, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation and later another one when we send it with the tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company).
What is the process of Store Delivery?
In case of having chosen the delivery in store, we will communicate the arrival of the purchase through an e-mail or call.
Can another person pick up my order in the store?
Yes. The person who picks it up must indicate the order number and whose name it is. Finally, the person will have to identify and sign the delivery.
Which transport company will deliver the order?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When the order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email with the information of the transport company.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave you a notice with your contact information.
You can also call the transport company directly and provide the tracking number of the order to agree a new delivery date.
